Safety Basics.
We keep expectations practical. You do not need a perfect setup on day one, but you do need to take safety seriously.
- A reliable bike, e-bike, scooter, motorbike, or car.
- A secure phone mount and charging method.
- Helmet and lights, especially during darker hours.
- Weather protection where possible.
Food Bags.
Food delivery bags need to protect the order and protect the courier from wasted time, spills, and avoidable problems.
- Clean, insulated bags that keep food stable.
- Secure zips and internal structure to reduce tipping.
- Equipment that is easy to wipe down and maintain.
- Less mess, fewer delays, better handovers.
Drinks & Spills.
Spills cost couriers time and money, and can destroy a delivery bag. Most platforms ignore this.
WE-COLLECT bans unsafe drink packaging.

E-Bike Support.
Not having the perfect vehicle should not automatically exclude someone motivated, reliable, and serious about courier work.
If you are starting with a push bike or have no vehicle yet, you can request information about e-bike options through the courier application form.
